Business Analyst

Responsibilities - Run workshops and gather business requirements - Write user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria - Support UAT and release planning - Track scope changes and risks - Keep stakeholders updated on progress Requirements - 3-7 years of experience as a business analyst - Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery - Strong documentation and stakeholder skills - Familiarity with Jira and Confluence - Domain knowledge in HR tech or staffing is a plus
